What BORETS does
The academy's main work is regular wrestling and BJJ training in Kropyvnytskyi. Groups are formed by age and experience, and the administrator selects the current location and time.
About the academy
BORETS — an academy of development through sports and martial arts.
BORETS conducts training for children aged 4+, teenagers, and adults. The structure also includes sports camps, a facility, and the BORETS LAB media project.
Children's and adult programs
Children have separate programs for ages 4–7, 8–11 and 12–15. BJJ builds a strong ground game, while sport sambo and freestyle wrestling develop stand-up, throws and takedowns. Together they support coordination, strength, endurance, mobility and body control. BJJ groups for beginners and experienced participants are available from age 16.
Camps and sports facility
BORETS organizes children's sports camps and training camps. At the facility, training, accommodation, and meals can be combined; the scope of services and conditions of a specific program are agreed upon separately.
BORETS LAB
BORETS LAB publishes videos about BJJ, Sambo, and wrestling. The channel is watched by viewers from various countries.
