01Not one technique, but a system of movement
BJJ builds positional thinking and a strong ground game. Freestyle wrestling adds stand-up movement, entries and takedowns. Sport sambo adds throwing combinations and transitions from standing to control. Load and complexity change with age and experience.
02Training for yourself is a complete path
Competition is not compulsory. Some children train for movement, character and community; others gradually choose the competitive path. Both decisions are respected.
03Age alone does not determine the group
The coordinator considers age, previous experience, preferred location and the current group. This creates a more precise start than simply choosing the nearest available time.
