BORETS Privacy Policy
How BORETS uses the contact details you provide when signing up for training, camps, or training camps.
Data in applications and enquiries
Forms collect the contact person’s name, phone and/or email, the participant’s age range and experience, the chosen programme, gym and contact method. Partnership enquiries may also include an organisation and message. A parent or legal guardian should submit information about a child. Do not use these forms to send medical or identity documents, banking information or detailed health information.
Why we process enquiries
We use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, find a suitable group, arrange camp participation or discuss support or a partnership. By submitting a form, you agree to processing for the purpose of answering that enquiry. An application does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Access and delivery
Enquiries are received by authorised BORETS team members. The website runs on Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, and applications are delivered to the team through Telegram. These technical providers may process data outside Ukraine under their own terms. We do not sell contact information. External social media and messaging links open services with their own privacy policies.
Browser settings and technical data
The website stores your language and analytics choice in your browser. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, traffic sources, contact clicks and successful applications, using _ga cookies for up to 180 days. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or message content to Google Analytics. The tag is not loaded without consent. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can change your choice through Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Separately, the server uses technical request data to operate and protect forms against spam.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries for the time needed to respond, arrange participation and handle related correspondence. Where record-keeping obligations apply, relevant records are retained accordingly. To ask about your data, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion, email skborec@ukr.net. The team will review your request and explain if any records must be retained.
