01Program foundation
BJJ ground work is combined with stand-up, takedowns and throws from freestyle wrestling and sport sambo. This mix develops coordination, strength, endurance and movement control, with technical tasks becoming progressively more complex.
02Competitions — by readiness
Participation in tournaments is not mandatory. The coach discusses it with the child and parents when there is technical, physical, and emotional readiness.
03Different paths within one system
A child may train for physical development and community, or gradually move toward competition. Both paths are complete in their own right; the decision is never driven by group pressure.
04What to Bring to Your First Class
Bring clean sportswear without zips, footwear for walking to the mat and water. The coordinator will confirm before the visit whether the chosen group requires a gi.
