Teenagers can train without competing or prepare for competitions with the coach. Participation in tournaments is not mandatory.
The coach combines BJJ ground work with stand-up and throwing technique from freestyle wrestling and sport sambo, allows time for repetition and increases complexity gradually. Training load depends on the group and experience.
In the older children’s group, independent work increases: athletes learn to analyse positions, take responsibility for preparation and support their partners. The coach stays close without replacing the teenager’s own decisions.
For those who want to build a future in sport, the BORETS system opens several paths: professional competition, coaching, club leadership, sports management and specialist education through our university partnership.
