Short movement tasks, attention games, falls, basic positions in striking and ground game, and partner work under the coach's supervision.
The coach first introduces the child to the space, stop signal, partner-work rules and safe falling. Exercises grow gradually in complexity and duration, without expecting a beginner to perform immediately at the level of an experienced group.
Prepare a clean, comfortable uniform without zippers or metal parts, and a water bottle. The coach will explain the gym rules and exercise format to the child.
Consider age, previous experience, location and schedule together. A coordinator will check the current groups and suggest an option where the child can return to training with clarity, safety and genuine interest.
